Fee Refund Policy
How you get your one-time Prop program fee back with your first qualifying payout.
Last updated October 2026
This is not our Refund Policy
TradeFundrr has two policies with the word “refund” in the name. They cover different things.
| Fee Refund PolicyTHIS PAGE | Refund Policy | |
|---|---|---|
| What it covers | Getting your one-time Prop program fee back after you earn your first qualifying payout. | Cancelling a purchase or asking for your money back. |
| When it applies | Only once your account has earned a qualifying payout. | From the moment you pay. |
| In short | Your program fee comes back once, with that payout. | All sales are final. |
Nothing on this page lets you cancel or reverse a purchase. For that, read our Refund Policy.
About this policy
This Fee Refund Policy governs the first-payout fee refund offered by TradeFundrr, LLC (“TradeFundrr,” “we,” “us”) on eligible Prop accounts. It is supplemental to, and incorporated by reference into, our Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between this policy and a specific program’s published rules, the program rules control for that program.
This policy is separate from our Refund Policy and does not change it.
What the fee refund is
When an eligible Prop account reaches its first qualifying payout, TradeFundrr returns the one-time Prop program fee you actually paid for that account. The fee refund is applied on or with the qualifying payout.
Which accounts are eligible
- Stock Prop accounts
- Options Prop accounts
Pre-Prop program fees and Pro accounts are not eligible. See “What is not refunded” below.
You get back only what you paid
The fee refund equals the net one-time program fee actually paid for that account after any discount, coupon, or promotional code. It will not exceed the amount actually charged. For example, if you bought a Prop account at a promotional price of $899 instead of $1,499, your fee refund is $899.
One fee refund per asset class, for life
A lifetime maximum of one (1) fee refund is available per customer, per asset class (Stocks and Options), regardless of the number of accounts purchased within that asset class. If you hold or purchase more than one Prop account in the same asset class, only a single program fee will be refunded for that asset class for the lifetime of your relationship with TradeFundrr.
What is not refunded
The fee refund applies to the one-time Prop program fee only. It does not apply to:
- the $99 monthly fee, or any other recurring platform, data, or subscription fee;
- Pre-Prop program fees;
- activation fees;
- reset fees;
- extension fees; or
- any Pro account fee or capital contribution.
None of the items listed above are eligible for a fee refund.
Eligibility and conditions
Eligibility for the fee refund is contingent on the account reaching a qualifying payout under the applicable program rules. Earning a qualifying payout depends on your trading performance and is not guaranteed. If no qualifying payout is earned, no fee refund is owed.
The payout requirements for each account are published on its page: Stock Prop and Options Prop.
Accounts bought under earlier program names
Prop accounts were previously sold as Express Funding accounts. If you purchased an Express Funding account before October 5, 2026, this policy applies to your one-time Express Funding fee on the same terms, including for asset classes that are no longer offered.
General
The fee refund has no cash value except as a return of fees paid, and is non-transferable. TradeFundrr may verify eligibility and may withhold or reverse a fee refund in cases of rule violation, chargeback, a purchase refund already issued under our Refund Policy, fraud, or abuse. TradeFundrr reserves the right to modify or discontinue the fee refund prospectively. Funded accounts are simulated.
This policy is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss; the most a customer can lose is the fee paid to start. Please review our full Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and risk disclosures before purchasing.
