Restricted Jurisdictions and Sanctions Compliance

TradeFundrr, LLC does not offer, sell, or provide its programs, accounts, or services to any person or entity that is located in, ordinarily resident in, organized under the laws of, or owned or controlled by the government of any country or region subject to comprehensive economic sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). By way of example only, and without limitation, comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions currently include Cuba, Iran, North Korea (DPRK), and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. This is not an exhaustive list. The countries and regions subject to sanctions are determined solely by OFAC and other relevant authorities and are subject to change at any time, and additional jurisdictions not named here may be restricted.

In addition, we do not provide services to any person or entity identified on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List, or on any other applicable U.S. or international sanctions, denied-party, or blocked-persons list.

Risk Disclosure

Violation of these parameters may result in suspension or termination of funded trading privileges. Users are encouraged to consult with independent financial, legal, or tax advisors before making any trading or business decisions.
