## Key rules (published before purchase)
- Trailing max drawdown, calculated end of day; on futures it locks at your starting balance after your first payout.
- Daily loss limit that scales with account size.
- 30% consistency rule once funded: no single trading day may exceed 30% of total profit at payout.
- Minimum 15-second hold; manual trading only (no algos or automated systems).
- Lifetime payout cap per account (varies by program); reaching it opens the path to a T3 Global seat.

## How it works
1. Choose a program — evaluation (Growth) or instant funding (Express).
2. Trade a simulated account with live market data.
3. Hit the published profit target within the loss limits.
4. Request a payout and keep 80%, paid weekly.
5. Sustained, risk-managed performance can earn a real-money seat at T3 Global, by invitation.
